Are You N Nature products unisex? +

Yes! All You N Nature skincare products are completely unisex, created for every skin type and every individual. We believe healthy skin has no gender, and our gentle, natural formulations work beautifully for everyone.

Are your skincare products cruelty-free and vegan? +

Yes, all our products are cruelty-free, we never test on animals. Some of our formulations contain natural beeswax, so they may not be fully vegan. However, since we make our skincare in small handmade batches, we can customize lip balms and certain products for vegan customers. Please inform us at least 5 working days in advance for any custom vegan orders.

Do your products contain harsh chemicals or synthetic fragrances? +

No. Our skincare range is free from parabens, sulfates, silicones, and artificial fragrances. We use only safe, effective, and nature-derived ingredients to give your skin the gentle care it deserves.

Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)? +

We currently do not offer COD. You can complete your purchase securely through UPI, debit/credit cards, or net banking using our trusted payment gateway.

How long does delivery take? +

Since every product is freshly prepared in small batches, your order is usually processed within 1–2 working days and delivered within 5–7 business days across India.

What should I do if I receive a damaged or wrong product? +

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please record a clear unboxing video showing the parcel from all sides before opening. Share the video and your order details within 48 hours of delivery via email (contact@younnature.com) or Instagram DM (@you_n_nature) for prompt action and replacement.
