Return and Replacement Policy

At You N Nature, every product is handcrafted in small batches using pure, plant-based ingredients and packaged in eco-friendly glass jars and aluminum tins. Because our products are applied directly to your skin, we do not offer refunds. However, we’re committed to ensuring you have a good experience and will offer replacements or store credit when something goes wrong.

 


 

When We Offer Replacements or Store Credit

We’re happy to replace your product or offer store credit in the following cases:

  • You received the wrong item.
  • The product arrived leaking, expired, or damaged.
  • Our lip balm didn’t help relieve chapped lips within 7 days of regular use.

What You Need to Do

To be eligible for a replacement or store credit:

  • Record an unboxing video before opening or using the product.
  • Contact us within 24 to 48 hours of delivery.
  • Share clear photo or video evidence of the issue.
  • Ensure the product is unused and sealed (except in the lip balm case).

When Replacements Are Not Possible

We are unable to replace or offer credit if:

  • The product has been opened or used (excluding the lip balm guarantee).
  • You changed your mind or experienced a personal skin reaction.
  • The product was mishandled or stored improperly after delivery.

Please review the ingredient list before purchase, especially if you have sensitive skin.

Our Lip Balm Promise

We believe in the healing power of our botanical lip balm. If your lips do not feel better within 7 days of consistent use, just let us know. We’ll issue a replacement or store credit with no hesitation.

Processing Time

Once your request is approved, your replacement or store credit will be processed within 7 to 10 business days.
